Service Disclaimer

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

At Luzvera Automotive, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile headlight restoration services using professional products, equipment, and restoration techniques. Our goal is to achieve the best reasonable result for each headlight while maintaining consistent workmanship through our standardized restoration process.

However, headlight restoration improves an existing component rather than replacing it. Results therefore vary depending on the age, construction, condition, previous treatment, and existing damage of each headlight assembly.

By scheduling or receiving a restoration service from Luzvera Automotive, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Restoration Process

Every restoration is performed using the applicable LARS™ (Luzvera Automotive Restoration System™) procedures for the service package selected by the customer.

LARS™ is our documented multi-stage restoration and quality-control system designed to promote consistent workmanship and professional results.

Depending on the selected package and condition of the headlights, the process may include:

  • Pre-service inspection

  • Headlight and surrounding-area preparation

  • Controlled surface correction and sanding

  • Compound and finishing polish

  • Surface cleaning and preparation

  • Professional UV protection

  • Protective-film application where included

  • Final inspection and quality assurance

Not every LARS™ package includes every process, product, protective treatment, level of correction, or warranty. The scope of service is determined by the package selected at the time of booking.

Restoration Results

Every vehicle and headlight assembly is different.

While many headlights can be substantially improved and may be restored to near-original exterior clarity, Luzvera Automotive cannot guarantee that every restoration will produce a factory-new appearance.

Final results may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

  • Severity and depth of oxidation

  • UV deterioration

  • Surface pitting

  • Stone chips

  • Deep scratches

  • Cracks or crazing

  • Age and condition of the lens material

  • Previous restoration attempts

  • Previous coatings, films, chemicals, or repairs

  • Internal haze, discoloration, or deterioration

  • Moisture or condensation inside the headlight

  • Damage to reflective surfaces or internal components

  • Aftermarket or non-original headlight materials

  • Manufacturing defects or material deterioration

Some defects exist beneath the exterior surface or inside the headlight assembly and cannot be corrected through exterior restoration.

The presence of a remaining defect following restoration does not by itself indicate improper workmanship where that defect results from the underlying condition of the headlight.

Pre-Service Inspection

Luzvera Automotive may inspect the headlights and surrounding vehicle surfaces before beginning restoration.

This inspection may include identifying visible oxidation, cracks, scratches, chips, moisture, previous repairs, previous coatings, lens deterioration, or other conditions that could affect the restoration.

Before and after photographs may also be taken for service documentation, quality assurance, warranty administration, and customer records.

If we determine that a headlight is unsuitable for restoration, that restoration could create an unreasonable risk of damage, or that the service is unlikely to produce an acceptable improvement, we reserve the right to recommend against, discontinue, or decline the restoration.

Existing Damage

Luzvera Automotive is not responsible for damage, deterioration, defects, or conditions that existed before the service or were not caused by our workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Cracked, chipped, crazed, or broken lenses

  • Internal haze or discoloration

  • Moisture or water intrusion

  • Broken mounting tabs or housings

  • Burned, damaged, or deteriorated reflectors

  • Internal component deterioration

  • Previous repairs or restoration work

  • Failed or deteriorated previous coatings

  • Previously installed protective films

  • Damage caused by accidents, road debris, chemicals, or improper maintenance

  • Manufacturing or material defects

  • Damage or deterioration that could not reasonably be identified before restoration

Where significant pre-existing damage is identified before work begins, we will make reasonable efforts to discuss the condition with the customer before proceeding.

UV Protection & Package Differences

The type and level of protection applied following restoration depend on the LARS™ package selected by the customer.

Depending on the package, protection may include a professional UV-resistant coating, enhanced protective treatment, or protective film.

These protection systems are intended to help reduce future UV deterioration and oxidation. However, no coating, film, or restoration process can permanently prevent normal aging or deterioration.

Longevity may be affected by:

  • Sun and UV exposure

  • Outdoor versus indoor vehicle storage

  • Temperature and weather conditions

  • Road salt and winter conditions

  • Road debris

  • Environmental contaminants

  • Automatic and manual washing methods

  • Cleaning chemicals

  • Abrasive products

  • Vehicle usage

  • Maintenance practices

  • Normal wear and aging

Customers should follow any aftercare or maintenance instructions provided by Luzvera Automotive to help maximize restoration longevity.

Protective Film

Where protective film is included in a selected LARS™ package, the film is intended to provide an additional sacrificial barrier against environmental exposure and minor surface wear.

Protective film does not make a headlight damage-proof and cannot prevent all stone chips, impacts, scratches, discoloration, edge wear, lifting, or damage.

Film longevity and appearance may vary depending on installation conditions, vehicle use, environmental exposure, maintenance, and the condition and geometry of the headlight surface.

Minor characteristics inherent to film installation or curing that do not materially affect protection or appearance from normal viewing distance may not constitute defective workmanship.

Customer Inspection & Service Concerns

Customers are encouraged to inspect the completed restoration before the appointment is concluded.

Any concern regarding workmanship or the completed result should be brought to our attention as soon as reasonably possible so that it can be properly assessed.

A customer's dissatisfaction with a condition caused by pre-existing damage, internal deterioration, physical defects, or another limitation of the original headlight does not necessarily constitute a defect in the restoration service.

If a concern may relate to our workmanship, Luzvera Automotive must be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected headlight and determine the appropriate resolution.

Where an eligible workmanship issue can reasonably be corrected, our preferred remedy is to correct or reperform the affected portion of the service before a refund or other remedy is considered, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies according to the LARS™ package purchased.

Certain packages include limited warranty protection, while others may be provided without warranty coverage.

The presence, duration, scope, exclusions, maintenance requirements, claim procedures, and available remedies for any warranty are governed exclusively by our separate Warranty Policy.

Customers should review the Warranty Policy and applicable package information before booking.

A warranty is intended to protect against eligible issues described in the Warranty Policy and is not a guarantee that restored headlights will remain permanently unchanged or free from normal wear and deterioration.

Maintenance & Aftercare

Customers are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided following restoration.

Depending on the protective product used, customers may be advised to avoid washing, chemicals, abrasion, moisture, or other exposure for a specified period while the protective treatment cures or stabilizes.

Failure to follow applicable aftercare instructions may negatively affect the restoration or protective treatment and may affect warranty eligibility where permitted by law and specified in the Warranty Policy.

Weather & Mobile Service

Luzvera Automotive operates as a mobile service business.

Temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind, direct sunlight, dust, and other environmental conditions can affect restoration processes and the application or curing of protective products.

Luzvera Automotive reserves the right to delay, relocate where appropriate, or reschedule an appointment when conditions could compromise safety or service quality.

Rescheduling under these circumstances is intended to protect the customer's vehicle and the quality of the restoration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luzvera Automotive is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Pre-existing vehicle or headlight conditions

  • Undisclosed damage or previous repairs

  • Internal headlight deterioration

  • Manufacturer or material defects

  • Environmental exposure

  • Normal wear and deterioration

  • Improper maintenance or aftercare

  • Damage occurring after the service

  • Conditions outside our reasonable control

Where Luzvera Automotive is legally responsible for direct loss relating to a restoration service, our liability will, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Nothing in this Service Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or limits any right, remedy, warranty, representation, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or other law.

Relationship to Other Policies

This Service Disclaimer should be read together with Luzvera Automotive's Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy.

In the event of a service or warranty concern, the applicable service package, these policies, documented condition of the headlights, and relevant service records may be considered when assessing the issue.
